The 365 Challenge was created to raise awareness of the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & Mental Health disorders.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
It has been calculated that 25% of all deaths are due to the effects of PTSD or Mental ill-health disorders.
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
DO YOU HAVE TO DO A SESSION EVERY DAY
No, while we would love you to complete 365 sessions, we know that this is not always possible and if all you can do is 1 that will be ok.
HOW CAN YOU TAKE PART?
Ideally you will want to complete the 365 sessions. However, as long as you can do 22 reps (repetitions) of an exercise or activity, and get yourself filmed doing it, you can take part.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM?
The activity can be in the Gym or at home or in the street or in fact anywhere. When you’re ready to film yourself please use the following introduction:
“My name is ................... and I’m taking part in The 365 Challenge UK to raise awareness of the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & Mental Health disorders. Today I’m doing 22 (name the activity), please like and share”
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
When you’re ready to upload the film on to your favourite social media platform, please write the following. “I’m taking part in The 365 Challenge in association with The Gym Group to raise awareness of the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & Mental Health disorders. Please like & share or better still take part.”
